Our global Oil & Gas service client, based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Asset Integrity Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
As Asset Integrity Manager, some of your key accountabilities will be:
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Marine Engineer or Officer certification and STCW Class III/2 or II/2 Certificate of Competency or a Mechanical Engineering degree, or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience preferred

Served as C/E on-board Self Propelled Accomodation Jack-up Barge (Essential).

Dp experience (Essential).

Excellent knowledge of ISPS, ISM, Flag State and Classifications Society procedures and regulations.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential. Knowledge in other MS Office package such as PowerPoint and Project would be an advantage.

Knowledge of planned maintenance systems.

People management skills preferably gained from working in a multicultural environment.

Proven track record in intermediate and special dry dockings, ship repair, mobilisation / demobilisation of vessels and barges and new builds.

Good project management skills

Ability to interact with and satisfy client requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Responsible for technical and operational supervision of vessels designated to the Fleet Manager by the Company. The Asset Integrity Manager will also take ownership of every operational and technical aspect of the designated vessels ensuring that they are maintained in a safe condition, that operating systems and procedures are understood by vessel crews and complied with at all times.

Ensuring that the fleet is maintained in a safe operating condition.

Assist with Systematic and scheduled vessel planned maintenance on all vessels within operational parameters.

Ensure company and client marine procedures are understood by vessel crews and always complied with.

Undertake offshore inspections of vessels and barges as per company procedures and prepares written reports in a timely manner for submission to the respective Fleet Manager.

Crewing of vessels in conjunction with the crewing department and assist in suitable personnel being hired within the allotted budgets.

Maintain vessels within budgeted targets as agreed with line manager.

Ensure project deadlines are met in an effective and efficient manner.

Promote an incident free safety culture with 100% internal and external customer satisfaction.

Contribute to company continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain vessels in Class in compliance with ISM, statutory and local regulations at all times.

Participate/interface with various company meetings, support departments and external stakeholders/vendors.

Recommend and implement cost savings.
