Our marine client requires a Procurement Assistant to join their fleet and crewing department in Lancashire. As a Procurement Assistant you will be responsible providing procurement and administrative support to the Technical Superintendents and the Crewing Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assisting with procurement processes including purchasing, suppliers, invoicing and payroll/expense processes.

Assisting Crewing Department with all aspects of vessel crew provision, manning, certification, training and development.

Coordinating with crewing agencies and service providers for crew travel and transfers.

Maintaining and managing company procurement and crewing systems.

General administrative tasks and duties as deemed necessary.
