Our maritime client is recruiting for a QA Coordinator to join the team.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

A high level of competency in using MS applications and database entry.

Knowledge of maritime shipping industry

Experience working in a comparable role with similar systems (e.g., Q88, OCIMF SIRE).- preferred but not essential.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintaining documents within the Integrated Management System via Management of Change requests.
-
Arranging inspections .
-
Maintain vessel inspection planning sheets.
-
Data entry of reports into in-house system as well as 3rd party web portals.
-
Updating Legislative manuals.
-
Compiling data statistics for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
-
Processing of vessel inspection invoices.
-
Uploading of matrixes to portals and databases.
-
Data Input.
-
Administration and reporting.
-
Provide trending, analysis of quality assurance performance, KPI reports and presentation materials.

Coordinate office audit schedules and agendas.
