We have an opportunity for a Senior HSE Advisor to join our London based client on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Senior HSE Advisor will have a demonstrable background in a high-risk or highly regulated environment where they have practical experience and knowledge of auditing standards for ISO 45001.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.
- Working knowledge and experience with ISO Occupational Health and Safety.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence others.
- Proficient in using HSE management systems and other IT software (Microsoft Office package etc.).

Support internal HSE audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Facilitate external audits, perform root cause analyses, and develop corrective action plans.
Incident Management:

Manage investigations into incidents and accidents, ensuring thorough analysis and reporting.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
